PROJECT SUPERVISION

To ensure the successful and on time completion of the project Prism assesses the contractor's sequence of operations and progress schedule. We act as the mediator between the Owner and all other parties involved.

SITE VISITS

Prism conducts periodic site visits to keep track of a project's progression. From these site visits we use information gathered to appropriately manage all professionals and subcontractors involved.
